Background

About Jay P.

My successes have been in customer administration, project management, and social services, I am passionate about using my skills to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I am adept at using all available tools and resources to ensure goals are exceeded and appropriate services are provided. Strong rapport building has resulted in sales representatives having accurate data, grants being administered, and customer service escalations resolved. I am seeking to continue my career in social services, but am also excited to use my skills in the for-profit sector in sales or administrative support. As an advocate, I try to understand how things can be done better, or keep things as good as they are if appropriate. I collaborate and play well with others, my home office is well equipped and wired, I also offer a sense of humor!
