About Jay Patankar

Hello, I am a final year engineering undergrad pursuing my major in Computer Science at SPPU-affiliated PICT, Pune. Deeply interested in coding. I love to formulate solutions and automate them using programming knowledge. I am interested in machine learning and have done a few projects. I am well acquainted with Web Technologies and frameworks like HTML, BOOTSTRAP, and Javascript. I am also familiar with the Django backend framework and have done a project in it. I am also inclined towards areas like algorithm design and am deeply interested in competitive programming. Have hands-on version control systems like GitHub and programming languages like python and c++. I have recently started my open-source journey by contributing to the Sympy python library. Currently I am exploring NLP and computer linguistics. As a person, I love to realize and appreciate the fundamentalness of very complex things, which helps me to approach and solve problems in a fun way. Besides, I love to sketch, swim, play badminton, and read mythology-related content. Also, have a liking for Newtonian physics and science in general.
