In my current role at Callahan Construction Managers, I support an $80M residential development, gaining hands-on experience with RFIs, change orders, subcontractor negotiations, and TAKT scheduling. Previously, at SK Patel & Sons, I streamlined permit approvals, accelerated project closeouts, and resolved on-site issues under strict deadlines, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
