I started my career in Real Estate over 20 years ago working for the nation’s largest title insurance company, where I took our market share from 8% to 48% in two short years. From there I became a certified 1031 exchange specialist assisting taxpayers in deferring gain on over 1 Billion dollars in real property transactions. In 2015 I became the Team leader and CEO of Keller Williams Realty Central Coast covering all of San Luis Obispo and Norther Santa Barbara counties. Not long thereafter I became an investor in the franchise territory. Since then I have opened an independent Escrow company,and a mortgage company to create an ecosystem that our clients never have to leave as they navigate the buying and selling process. I am a lifelong resident of the central coast, a proud father of three young men. I enjoy engaging in the outdoor activities that living on the central coast provides.
