I’m an IT professional with a background in the airline and healthcare industries, where I’ve built up strong experience as a system administrator and technical support specialist. Over the years, I’ve worked across 2nd-level and 3rd-tier support, helping teams solve complex issues and keep critical systems running smoothly. I enjoy working with ITIL processes and Agile practices to make sure services are not only reliable but also continuously improving. Right now, I’m an Associate Technical Service Manager, leading a team that provides technical support across Europe. What motivates me most is helping people, whether it’s guiding my team, supporting end users, or finding better ways to deliver IT services.
