About Jay Pritsker

I am a sales driven and customer experience focused multi-unit manager and sales representative. I strive to provide outstanding experiences for customers and clients, ensuring that interactions are mutually beneficial to both parties. I have led teams in Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Hartford County, overseeing diverse groups of individuals in each area. As a sales representative, I am able to use product knowledge along with communication skills to provide logical solutions to customer needs, while also exceeding sales goals by identifying needs they were unaware of. As a manager, I am able to leverage my own knowledge and successes to enable my team to achieve the same goals through mentoring and performance management, resulting in the promotion and transfer of many of my team members. In addition to being a known Sales Driver, I am skilled in Operational Management, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Control, Recruiting and Developing talent, and Profit and Loss analysis. I take on additional leadership roles within the district, mentoring and training other Managers, helping conduct Job Fairs, assisting with District meetings, and providing direct and indirect support for struggling stores.
