About Jay Riley

I'm a Senior Key Account Manager for Tempur-Sealy International managing north America's largest Ashley Homestore licensee and $75 million in sales volume. My responsibilities include not only driving sales and profit for TempurSealy and DSG but developing the fifteen sales reps that report to me on the account. I'm a 5 time winner of TempurSealy's Key Account Manager of the year award and a 2 time Excellence Award winner. My career started with TempurSealy in 2003 as a Territory Manger. Since that time I have grown my sales from $2 million to $27 million wholesale. I have a proven record of driving profitability for my account and TSI year after year by excelling in sales, advertising, training, and merchandising. Managing inventory, creating advertising (TV, radio, print, direct mail, social media), and retail sales training are just a few of the things that I do for my account in addition to my responsibilities at TSI. Before my career with Sealy I was a sales representative and market manager for Westco Group (Mattress Warehouse). While working at Westco Group I was named the company's "National Salesman of the Year" a company record 3 times. I also received the company's Best of the Best award 3 out of 7 years. My goal is to be the best I can be at any endeavor that I attempt. My faith, determination, and passion for what I do are what drive me to be successful everyday.
