I have over 35 years experience in audience measurement and media research, marketing and product management, both in the US and internationally. From 1984-2009 I was with Arbitron, the radio ratings research supplier in the US, where I co-wrote the business plan to introduce electronic audience measurement in the 50 largest radio markets and was the senior executive responsible for it's implementation. I have successfully managed large media research services (both diary and meter) from the business planning through development and implementation, including after launch support and customer servicing. Key strengths include identifying customer and market opportunities; strong marketing and product management experience with disciplined business planning, strategic development and people management skills; a proven ability to build solid relationships with key decision makers. I also have a proven track record in managing large teams of solutions-focused product and customer service managers.
