I’m a 4-time Emmy Award-winning Media Executive specializing in live events, experiential marketing, branded entertainment, and multi-platform content production. I spent 20 years as a senior leader at Nickelodeon, evolving the brand from a linear TV network into a multi-platform media powerhouse. In my most recent role with Nickelodeon, I led the network’s live events strategy and creative team. I executive produced the annual KIDS’ CHOICE AWARDS and created its sports spinoff, KIDS’ CHOICE SPORTS, expanded the brand into large-scale experiential activations through fan festivals and tours, and forged new revenue streams through brand and influencer partnerships. Earlier in my tenure, I introduced sports programming, led an in-house creative agency to develop campaigns for top film studios, oversaw the award-winning on-air promos division, and spearheaded Nick’s first major push into digital and social content. And yes, I’ve been covered in slime more times than I can count. After leaving Nick in 2020, I focused on diversifying my portfolio of live events and experiential marketing by consulting with ABC, Nike, Toys R Us, FaZe Clan, and more. My passion for the intersection of entertainment and technology led me to spend 2 years as the Chief Experience Officer for Comic Con Metaverse, a first-of-its-kind Web3 extension of LA Comic Con. Most recently, I served as SVP, Global Brand Experience and Innovation at NCompass, where I led creative for Fortune 500 clients across industries, including Netflix, Hulu, paramount+, Hallmark, Toyota, General Mills, and Activision. With experience on both the network and agency sides, I understand how to bridge creative vision with business objectives, working seamlessly with clients, partners, and vendors to develop and execute high-impact 360° campaigns. I’ve led teams of 100+ employees and vendors, delivering innovative, culture-driven experiences and events that captivate audiences and amplify brand equity. Above all, I love the process. The brainstorms, the problem-solving, the thrill of turning a big, audacious idea into something real. I leverage my entertainment background to craft bold, immersive brand experiences that don’t just market to fans—they create them.
