I have over 9 year of experience in the hospitality and service industry. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of backgrounds making it very easy for me to work efficiently in a multitude of dynamics. I have developed extensive skills in marketing, promotions, design, mixology and management which gives me the ability to accomplish various goals. I believe that the trick to being a great manager and leader is to set the standard and to build a strong and passionate team. My management style consist of coaching as a peer while educating my staff. I like to start with building a strong foundation of good habits then working more in debt with some of the more skilled aspects. I have a creative mind and will put together operational procedures and guidelines to ensure business and day to day operations run smoothly. There's no one thing that makes or breaks a business, but a series of things. I string together many best practices to increase overall productivity, guest/client experience and profits. The work environment is very important. Work should be challenging, exciting and rewarding and with the right culture the sky is the limit.
