About Jay Shaw

I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in administration, customer service, project/program support, leadership and management with over 18 years’ experience. I am confident and committed to providing a high standard of quality work, I am outcome-focused and work well managing KPI’s and targets. I have strong skills in people management, performance management, change and project management. I enjoy process-driven work as well as tailoring services to the needs of customers and appreciate the chance to increase efficiencies where possible. I believe it’s important to improve workflow and overall costs for any organisation. Two points I think are important in improving customer service and the possibility to increase the substructure within a business or department. After some time in my own business and as a sole trader I am now seeking employment in an organisation that will allow me to extend on existing skills and to build on my abilities working in administration and people management. My focus is on roles where I can share my own skills in the areas of performance and people management. I am willing to start again and work my way to a point where I am most valuable.
