I am a knowledgeable Rural Valuer at Logan Stone Limited; a company specializing in primary industry valuations covering the horticulture, pastoral, forestry, lifestyle and viticulture markets. I can provide you sound, independent answers, whilst upholding the utmost confidentiality, and adding a youthful flair. I believe that a positive attitude is a key component to success, and I pride myself on this. I am always on the look out for opportunities, and have made a commitment to ensuring rural property owners, and their networks get the best advice possible. I am a Registered Valuer, Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand and Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers; undertaking work for a variety of purposes including sale and purchase, finance, compensation, financial reporting, rent reviews and advisory. I have also completed the Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management course at Massey University, to ensure that I am at the forefront of the changing regulatory environment in the Agricultural Sector. I am actively involved in the Property Institute of New Zealand being on the Valuation and Standards Committee and being a past member of the Young Leaders Committee and Hawke's Bay Local Branch Committee. I see value in putting time back into the industry to ensure the growth of the next generation of property professionals, whilst also playing a part in upholding the integrity and standards of the profession.
