About Jay Spaeder

As manager of the service division at Wm. T. Spaeder since 2007, I direct 40 technicians who provide emergency repairs and maintenance services to industrial, commercial and residential customers. My 38 years of experience includes 10 years of field experience, 19 years of managing HVAC and industrial projects and nine years of divisional management. Committed to the education and development of young tradesmen, I have served on the Apprenticeship Committee for L.U. 47 and 449, and was instrumental in the development of the apprentice and journeyman training facility in Erie.
