I have spent my entire career in Fintec teaching learners both internal and external. I began my career as an implementation specialist, working on site with new customers, educating them, supporting them, and encouraging them to learn CSI's core banking system. After 5 years I moved onto the Customer Resource Center as a response team member where again, I worked directly with customers, helping them resolve issues, learn features and functions of the system, and analyze their individual needs. My most recent work is in the Education Services department where I am now the Director of Education. All of my rolls at CSI have revolved around the training and education of our customers for over 26 years. Education and customer service are a dedication, a purpose, a passion. I have always followed the philosophy of teaching a person to fish.
