I’m an Inspection and Receiving Operations Manager with a strong foundation in the automotive logistics industry and a passion for leading high-performing teams. I manage the full vehicle intake lifecycle—from live customer check-ins and stock-in processes to detailed inspections—ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistent KPI performance across the board. With hands-on experience in automotive repair and pre-purchase inspections, I bring both technical insight and leadership depth to my role. I’ve built strong, motivated teams through mentorship, performance development, and operational systems that encourage accountability and growth. My collaborative style, paired with my ability to pivot quickly, has helped drive initiatives that reduce arbitration rates, streamline communication, and elevate service standards. I’m also tech-forward: I’ve developed reporting dashboards, built audit tools using Google Forms, and worked closely with IT teams to improve process automation and reduce errors. Whether it’s training new leaders, solving complex workflow challenges, or using data to drive results, I take pride in delivering solutions that work on the ground. I hold a diploma from Centennial College and am currently pursuing a certification in Human Resource Management to further grow my leadership and people development skill set.
