About Jay Timms

I believe that organizations don’t succeed because of strategy alone. They succeed because of people. And people thrive when they’re seen, supported, and developed by leaders who care passionately about those they serve. For over 30 years, I’ve been obsessed with one thing: building better people. Not “fixing” them. Not squeezing performance out of them. But helping them see their own potential, step into it, and use it to build something extraordinary. Whether that’s a business, a team, or a life they’re proud of.I’ve led large-scale operations, coached executive teams, built training systems from the ground up, and walked alongside new and seasoned leaders through some of the most complex challenges they’ve ever faced. And I’ve done it all through the lens of organizational psychology and compassionate leadership. To me, leadership isn’t a title. It’s a decision. A daily one.To listen. To learn. To lift others up.If you’re a leader (or want to become one) and you’re tired of surface-level advice and outdated models, let’s connect. I’d love to share what I’ve learned and learn what drives you, too.Because when you build amazing people, they build amazing organizations.
