I’m a dedicated leader who’s grown from Tier 1 Support to leading a department, thanks to the support and guidance of many great mentors and colleagues along the way. Their influence continues to shape how I lead with empathy, curiosity, and a focus on helping others succeed.I’m grateful for the opportunity to mentor my teams while continuing to learn and seek feedback so I can keep improving as a leader.My background spans over a decade in IT and telecommunications, with hands-on experience in technical support, voice platforms, and customer service delivery. I’ve been involved in projects such as live chat and AI integration, voice migration, and team development across New Zealand and the Philippines, always focused on improving service quality and accessibility.My interest in technology began with my first PC (an i486DX/40 MHz) back in the ’90s, and that same curiosity still drives me today. I take pride in providing reliable IT support, solving problems efficiently, and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and confident in their work.
