I am asked very often who is my ideal client? The usual answer is always very vague and not specific. As I have shaped my career over the last 13 years as a mortgage professional, closing in excess of dollars in production, I find that my best clients are those that are in their mid 30's-mid 40's, drive an SUV, have kids that they carry to ballgames, dance each night and on weekends and love a good cold beer or margarita on occasions. These clients typically have outgrown their current houses, have grown in their career and are looking to move to a larger home in a more affluent community and are smart with their money. Through all my years these are the clients I connect with really well. First time home buyers, newly weds,empty nester's and investors are great clients too.
