I get stuff done. Proud Military Veteran with training/Human Performance/Counseling experience, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner/Trainer. I am a leader with a rich history of solving problems and supporting organization-wide learning and development (L&D) training programs. I help grow people. I have a solid track record developing and executing action plans for complex programs. I’m often called upon to develop strategies and coalitions resulting in measurable performance improvements and cost savings. I provide leadership in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of both traditional and non-traditional performance improvement interventions such as face-to-face and exportable training, virtual training, performance qualifications, job aids, help-systems, knowledge management, learning management systems, and blended learning.
