Assistant Site Manager Anwyl Group.Have been Assistant alongside ‘Ian Palmer’ Site Manager for Anwyl Group and have contributed to awards recognised by NHBC such as;2018 Pride In The Job Award2019 Pride In The Job Award2019 Seal of Excellence AwardAs well as an Award from the LABC, so I believe I know what standards are needed to achieve these awards.Before joining Anwyl I had two other occupations which I believe helped me grow as a person and understand a lot more. I was a ground-worker from the day I turned 16, and gained some valuable knowledge that has stuck with me to date. 6 months on I decided to pursue the Managerial route of construction as I have always had a massive interest in houses.I started my BTEC Level 3 Construction Qualification in September of 2016 and I put my best efforts into getting the most the course could offer. I pushed for high grades and that was recognized by my current employers in November of 2016. I started working for Anwyl 5th December 2016 and have been working with them since, I am very grateful for the opportunity they have given me and I strive to get the best out of myself not for recognition or arrogance but for the simple fact that this is a profession I want to excel in. I completed my Level 3 qualification with a Distinction, Distinction after previously passing my Level 2 Qualification with a Merit, Merit. I am aiming high for the Level 4 HNC qualification and I am aiming high in my workplace as I continue to learn and progress throughout my profession. Thank you
