I am an experienced and qualified Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I have an MBA in Hospitality and a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, which have given me the skills and knowledge to manage complex and diverse operations. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and quality to clients and customers, and advancing business initiatives and innovations. In my previous role at Sodexo, I managed two sites in London, overseeing the quality and compliance of all services provided across the facilities. I worked with the Service Leads, Management, and Client to ensure all service standards were met or exceeded, and implemented best practices and innovations to enhance efficiency and performance. I also led and motivated a team of staff, providing them with coaching, training, and feedback to ensure their professional development and satisfaction.
