Result oriented professional with more than 15 years of extensive inspection & construction experience in Oil/Gas Industries, both upstream & downstream fields including Onshore & Offshore. Above mentioned experience covers 4 years with one of the old & leading refineries (Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery, KSA) & more than 8 years with a leading Upstream Oil company (ADNOC Onshore). Experience involved in the field of in-service inspection of Equipments,Risk based assessments & inspections (RBI), FFS, Quality Assurance /Quality Control and Non- Destructive Testing, Inspection Planning, Risk assessments, Inspection planning & execution, Corrosion Monitoring, Well structural integrity inspections, Pressure vessel repairs, Piping & pipeline integrity assessments, Erection & Commissioning of pressure vessels, tanks integrity assessments & repairs, steel structures, alloy pipings etc. Also well experienced in plant Maintenance & Shut Down. Acting as the Technical Authority in Facility Integrity division by handling integrity related matters like but not limited to the Integrity assessment of pressurized equipment based on their inspection findings, Risk based approach for the assessment (RBI-API 580 & 581) and next inspection due date evaluation, FFS assessment based on the condition, Pipeline integrity assessments based on IPS and corrosion monitoring results, Dead leg management, Tank Integrity assessments, repair and remnant life management, Assessments of anomalies based on API 571 damage mechanisms & failure investigation, Quality control on welding activities belongs to in service repairs, Utilization of advanced inspection techniques, Risk assessments for MOC,DGS,deferments, RCA for failures etc. certified in API510,570,580,653,CSWIP3.1 & B GAS Level 2, NEBOSH etc.
