I am Jayansh Lalge, currently pursuing my MBA at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, with a strong foundation in technology, data, and leadership. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Bhopal, where I explored the intersection of analytics and decision-making through projects such as developing a Stock Market Predictor using Machine Learning. My academic journey has been complemented by leadership experiences, including serving as the Vice-President of Bhopal, where I honed skills in team management, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving. My professional journey includes working as a Data Analyst, where I leveraged data-driven insights to support business decision-making. Beyond the corporate sphere, I collaborated with the Mayor of Indore Municipal Corporation under the Swachh Bharat Mission, strengthening my perspective on governance, social responsibility, and large-scale project execution. Additionally, I dedicated three years preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, which sharpened my analytical, critical thinking, and resilience skills. Currently, I contribute as the Treasurer of St. Norbert Alumni Association, managing responsibilities that enhance my financial stewardship and organizational leadership. Outside of work and academics, I stay creative and focused through Ghazal singing, chess, and volleyball—pursuits that balance strategic thinking with creativity. I am passionate about blending technology, analytics, and management to create sustainable business impact, while continuously learning and growing as a professional.
