Background

About Jayant Baghel

Leveraging a strong background in finance (Financial Analysis, Financial Services) and engineering (Operations), I thrived as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, driving a 15% revenue increase and 20% customer retention boost within six months for the corporate banking division's B2B sales and analytics. My success stemmed from data-driven insights (Data Analysis, Data Analytics) and a collaborative team approach. My educational background is equally impressive, boasting an MBA from Delhi School of Management, Delhi Technological University, and a BE from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. An operational internship at LEAD School further honed my abilities in project implementation and evaluation (Business Administration, Operations). A passion for continuous learning is fueled by certifications in financial markets and data analysis from Coursera and Elearnmarkets (Learning). This, coupled with a goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence, makes me a valuable asset. Beyond my core competencies in Microsoft Office, employee engagement, and internal events (Events), I possess a strong desire to expand my skillset and explore new domains, particularly in areas like Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Market Research.
