Jayant is currently working as a Health Economics, Policy and Reimbursement Manager at Laborie. His roles and responsibilities include leveraging detailed understanding of relevant healthcare systems and reimbursement pathways in EMEA and International markets as well as addressing barriers to market access and reimbursement of Laborie products primarily within the Interventional Urology business. A key aspect of his role is developing and implementing reimbursement strategies and programs to obtain coverage, coding and payment from payers/providers and providing reimbursement related advise to product development teams, marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical and business leaders in a cross functional role. He is also involved in identifying and regularly engaging with local payers and policy makers to implement strategies and programs to resolve barriers to entry for the products/therapies for the Urology portfolio products.
