Being a Testing Site Partner (TSP), responsible for the overall Quality engineering engagement for the region with focus on building and growing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction while fostering account growth and leading execution of plans to achieve and exceed profitability targets' works with the CBE and SP to manage and lead the QE services (which may comprise both end-to-end services and project-based services) that are provided to each customer. The TSP will serve as the single point of contact, both for the customer and internally, to provide the relevant support for these QE activities growth opportunities. Key responsibilities - • Delivery on commitment management (scope, budget, time, quality) Customer engagement management: • Business plan management: o Plans / maintains the estimates and resource plan for the onsite, customer-side project aspects. o Manages the business plan to ensure budget and margins are controlled. o Strives to improve EBIT by increasing efficiency • Growth enablement: o Identifies customer needs and challenges. Translates customer needs into business opportunities. o Socializes with key stakeholders on the customer side. o Meets specific EBIT targets (main focus) and growth opportunity identification. • On site team management: o Creates the organizational structure to support organizational goals and client needs. • Customer Relationship: Responsible for the long-term customer relationships. Focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with the customer's decision makers. • P&L Management: Accountable for managing the account's P&L with focus on profitability. Responsible for meeting Annual Operation Plan (AOP) targets. • Leadership: Responsible for People Management and Development of the account teams.
