In the Current Company, my works involves - Writing complex sql queries/python program to pull the data, analyse it, identify the trend, identify the winners and loosers and share it with business for informed decision making- Create Interactive Dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs, set alerts, report anomalies/drops/failures to the stakeholders - Extract personalized insights on customer's profile and investment behavior to use it as a tool to re-activate and re-engage the customer - Set up & monitor ETL Data pipelines to automate reporting and dashboarding Some of my key Projects are- Designed the customer profiling for company’s 10 million+ user base. It serves as a single source of truth for organization wide customer analysis and personalization- Revamped the Growth, Marketing and Finance reporting from excel sheets to fully automated dashboards, daily mailer reports and alerts- Led strategic analysis to broaden insurance product targeting. Successfully addressed a 35% funnel drop-off, resulting in a refined strategy that reduced this drop to 15%- Analysed historic influencer marketing campaigns data and selected the most cost-effective influencers for the next quarter.
