I have more then 10 years of post qualification experience in road and Highway sector. the details of skills are as under; Pre-Construction activities- preparation of tender documents, Cost Estimate, valuation, DPR study including the future potential studies, financial viabilities, real state studies, strict compliance of EFC/SFC observations, Environment studies, EIA, Environment Clearance, Forest /wild life Clearance, Land acquisition, electrical utilities, water line shifting, approval of ROBs, tree cutting of forest and non-forest land and lesion with all stockholder for early and smooth functioning of all above works. Regular monitoring of DPR activities performed by DPR Consultants as per the scope in DPR Contract Agreement. Including DPR of 8 laning of 77 Km Paradip port connectivity stretch facility of mega truck terminal to accommodate trucks considering future industrial development. Construction Activities- Construction supervision of 4 /6/8 lane Highway projects including Earth work, Sub-grade, GSB, CTSB, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, PQC, structure's work, Minor Bridge, Major Bridge, Box Culverts, Hume pipe culverts, Check all formwork and shuttering, temporary works design proposals, steel reinforcement placements, dimensions of completed work to ensure conformance with the drawings, Review costing for bridge works items, Maintaining Inspection report with clear description for work performed instruction received and issued discrepancies from standards and specifications. In addition to all above also looking after the proposal of CoS, EoT and road safety of the road user during the time of construction. Liaison with all stakeholders like Railways, public utility agency, Forest officials’ local administration for early completion of work. Operation & Maintenance and Contract Management/ Arbitration matters- Monitoring the operation and maintenance of the of 4/6 lane highways including the toll operation, road safety, public grievance, smooth implementation of 100% FAStag, contractual disputes; arbitration matters and court cases & public facilities of road users.
