About Jayanta Auddy

As a Partner in EY Ireland I specialize in assurance and accounting services. I am a Chartered Accountant (India), member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and Masters of Commerce from Calcutta University. My experiences are within the Structured Finance, Private Equity, Wealth and Asset Management (WAM), Banking and Aircraft Leasing sectors. I have led delivery of IFRS 9 assurance solutions to financial institutions. I currently lead the assurance services of publicly listed structured finance entities and wealth and asset management funds. I also provide assurance and advisory services to issuers, underwriters, investors, banking companies and other market participants in the securitisation marketplace. I have a combination of industry-specific skills to address the complex issues associated with securitisation transactions. My approach is to work collaboratively with stakeholders to increase the efficiency of each transaction, offer insights gained from market observations and minimise risk during the transaction life cycle.
