I have over 15 years of experience in end-to-end design, development and implementation of Appzillon Mobile Application Development Platform, mobile and web applications and Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking system for several large banks in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. I have been solely accountable for preparing the strategic product roadmap and solution architecture (in terms of mobile and web applications, web services, database setup, network and data diagrams) drafted SOWs, prepared scope, schedule, budget and resource plans for my organisation and all my clients. I am well versed in Agile and Waterfall methodologies of project and product management, motivated and led medium to large teams as an effective servant leader, involved in the deployment of mobile and web applications on Cloud (Microsoft Azure and AWS) and functioned as a product owner for the Retail and Corporate Digital Banking Suites developed in my previous organisation.
