I started my healthcare journey as a Junior Dialysis Technician at CMC Vellore after earning my Bachelor's degree in Zoology and a postgraduate diploma in dialysis therapy. Seeking growth, I joined Manipal Hospital in Bangalore, where I flourished as a Dialysis Therapist, earning recognition as the Best Employee of the Year. My commitment and eagerness to learn led me to the United Arab Emirates, where I embraced a new career path at Al Qassimi Hospital, Sharjah, in 2016.Navigating this new environment not only enriched my professional skills as a Charge Dialysis Technician but also contributed significantly to my personal and career development. With the transition of Al Qassimi Renal Unit to Gulf Dialysis, my Chief Medical Director recognized my exceptional time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and team management abilities. This led to my promotion to Chief Dialysis Technician, a role where I continue to thrive and contribute to the success of our renal care team.I am known for treating patients with care and dedication.
