New Part Development (NPD) : CNC programming & fixture designing based on the newly developed /developing product. Production Planning and Control : Raw Materials & end fittings stock analysis & arrangement based on the monthly schedule. Machine & labour allocation dispatch plan& achieving sales targets. Man power handling : Handling 80-90 man power per shift. Planning man power on shift basis & considering emergency situations. ERP software :Creation of BOM Work canters Subcontract DC’s Purchase Requests Routings & Planning system by using ERP system (TCS iON). Documentation : Daily production reports Operator cards Machine cards Rejection and Rework records. Materials Used : ERW tubes CDS tubes. End fittings-flanges adaptors sleeves crimp shells hoses. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To meet the Daily production plan by effective utilization of the resources. To manage and control over the vendor to meet the day to day production target. To allocate job for the production personnel and ensuring the planned quantity is achieved. To ensure overall performance of the Process equipment available in house. Responsible for maintaining the Processes that are capable of consistently meeting the customer requirements. To conduct Daily Morning meeting to review the previous day's performance and follow up for pending actions if any. To monitor and measure the skill of the operators and initiate for suitable action to improve the Skill. Responsible for providing suitable environment for work. To analyse the daily in house rejection identify corrective action and follow up to achieve the result against the target on rejection. To manage Consumables and Tools required for daily production. To continually improve the production process in terms of Productivity Quality. Resources and Safety of the operating personnel. Responsible for Product identification and traceability - Allotting Punching details on job from cutting to dispatch in coordination to Manager - Quality.
