A Senior Quality Assurance and Testing expert with hands-on Lead and Managerial expertise in software quality assurance and IV & V as well as in soft and hardware testing, requirements formation, configuration management, release management, customer service/help desk support and other IT related activities. Train project managers, planning personnel, and other Information Technology related personnel in the SDLC processes, procedures, standards, guidance and products required for SSA project development. Excellent Leader experienced in building and managing on-site and offshore teams. Experienced in end-to-end management of QA tasks in different SDLC (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) and concurrent enterprise level system development. Capable in developing test strategy based on customer requirements, project constraints and risk analysis and delivering high-quality products. Experience in using Automation tools like Cypress,JMeter, Selenium, SoapUI
