At the heart of my professional journey lies a deep conviction: organizations or institutions thrive when their people are empowered, motivated, and connected to purpose. For over a decade, I’ve led people and operations strategies that drive both social impact and organizational effectiveness — often in fast-paced, resource-constrained, and mission-driven environments. My experience spans organizational development, talent strategy, leadership development, and operational design. I’ve helped scale a grassroots non-profit from 4 to 140 team members, built inclusive leadership pipelines across seven Indian states, and led the design of performance and learning systems aligned with long-term impact goals. What sets my approach apart is a combination of systems thinking and people-centric design. Whether reimagining organizational structures and culture, aligning KPIs and OKRs for strategic outcomes, or designing and operationalizing programs, the "process" has been as important to me as the "results". I thrive at the intersection of change management, strategic planning, and learning — focusing on sustainable, equitable practices that foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. What energizes me most is supporting purpose-driven individuals and organizations to enhance operational efficiency, leadership, and culture.
