Welcome to my profile! I’m a passionate Computer Science major at Johnson & Wales University, currently in my junior year with an expected graduation date of December 2025. With a strong academic foundation and a 3.6 GPA, I am actively pursuing a career in cybersecurity, systems administration, and systems engineering. My journey into technology started with a keen interest in problem-solving and digital security, which I honed during my time at Amazon and TSA. At Amazon, I managed IT equipment and supported operations, gaining valuable experience in troubleshooting and maintaining tech systems. This was followed by my current role as an IT Technician at Printful, where I oversee IT support across five North American facilities and work with various tools like Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Azure, Google Admin, and Falcon to ensure seamless operations and robust security. Additionally, during my internship at Sunbelt Rentals, I rotated through Information Security, Software Engineering, and Digital Design. This experience allowed me to develop software solutions, assist with security audits, and contribute to agile practices within cross-functional teams, further fueling my passion for cybersecurity and systems administration. I take pride in my adaptability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills, and I thrive in hybrid work environments.
