About Jayda Roman

I am a University of South Florida alumni with a bachelors degree in Marketing- Sports and Entertainment Management. I am no stranger to hard work, as I have worked a variety of jobs including email marketing, customer service, frontline attendant, and community habilitation therapist. These experiences led me to the discovery that I can do anything that I dedicate myself to, and I make a point to pursue this every single day. I graduated from USF to pursue a career in general marketing or in a management role. I love to learn new things and gain new experiences, and I want to make the most of every opportunity that comes my way! I started my college career at Post University where I played Volleyball on an athletic scholarship. This was an amazing experience where I got to balance my athletics, schoolwork, and personal life all at the same time. I was named All-Academic Team three semesters in a row with a GPA of 3.7. In one of my previous classes as a senior, we had to split into groups to create an action plan for Florida Trend, Florida's #1 business journal. I am happy to say that my group worked extremely well together and won the contest. I feel like I gained a lot of experience with not only creating a new action plan for such an amazing company but also collaborating and working well in a team. I am extremely excited to show my skills and motivation to a company where we can learn and grow from each other.
