My experience encompasses leading teams in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services that are designed to meet the needs of individuals experiencing disability. I have built a reputation for successfully fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams, government ministries, business leaders, and community organizations. This collaborative approach has been key in ensuring the success of our programs and meeting revenue targets. My growth-oriented mindset, relationship-building style, and problem-solving abilities have enabled me to expand program offerings and drive impactful community engagement.
