I am currently working as the Allocations Manager for Altaira. I am lucky to be running a team of champions who are rocking the aged care world with their allocating expertise. Our dedicated team shows up every day with a smile on their face and enthusiastic approach to get as many of our wonderful staff to as many aged care facilities as we possibly can to support the senior citizens of our society. I take huge pride in working for such a wonderful organisation, and growing and developing a warm and welcoming environment to work in. We all want to come to work every day, and not everybody can say that! I love guiding my team with a supportive nature, helping them grow and blossom and develop their strengths. I take real pleasure in showing them the things they don’t see in themselves and watching their confidence and skills expand. I am a true believer in an ‘all hands on deck’ approach, and so grateful to working with a business and leader who believes the same. I’m learning new things every day, and enjoy passing this onto my team. It’s time to spread your wings and fly.
