As a MARAC IDVA (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) at First Light Southwest, I support high-risk victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence. I studied psychology at Cirencester College and have multiple certifications in domestic violence prevention, risk assessment, and diversity, equity, equality, and inclusion. I have over two years of experience in the field, having previously worked as a scheme coordinator at Splitz Support Service, where I managed a team of volunteers and oversaw the delivery of quality services. I have strong skills in mental health first aid, multi-agency working, case management, and safeguarding. I am passionate about empowering survivors, advocating for their rights, and collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure their safety and well-being.
