About Jayde Taylor

I have been in the Restaurant Business since I was 15 years old. Customer service has always come very naturally to me which is what drew me to the hospitality industry. I currently work for a Branch of Lifestyle Communities - The Goat Restaurant. I started with the company as a Bartender in 2016 and have quickly moved through the ranks, From Lead Bartender to now Director of Best In Class, with the hope to continue growing. I enjoy making real connections with my staff, guests, and the residents that reside in the attached apartment complex. This is why I love the war cry of the company I currently work for,"To Build a Connection". I pride myself on my ability to learn and adapt to my work environment and make the best of bad situations. I have self-taught myself in many area, including all aspects of the restaurant inside and behind the scenes. I thrive in environments that have room for growth and continued learning. I am a team player and will do whatever is needed to make sure my team is growing and improving alongside me. You cannot grow if you aren't growing the people under you. I take pride in the work I do for my company which drives me to continue to push for larger goals such as continued success in GAP management - analyzing inventory issues and decreasing overall company gap percentage, continued gross margin growth, and enhancing best-in-class initiatives. In my spare time, I compete with the IFBB. I received my pro card in 2015. I completed two local shows, nationally qualified, and went on to compete in Nationals in South Carolina where I won my pro card by being the Top 3 overall winner out of 200 girls. I enjoy competing and finding new ways to push myself as well as having a goal to work towards. I love the community of like-minded and health-oriented people that are in the Bodybuilding industry which is what started my love for competing.
