I have over two years of experience in customer onboarding, B2B and B2C sales, and transformation management, working with different teams and stakeholders at Teachmint. My role involves managing and growing the relationships with our strategic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I leverage my technical and analytical skills to implement and optimize our software solutions for our clients, handling Gujarat as a location and taking care of fresh sales to operations and servicing. I also conduct detailed training sessions for the teachers and administrators of the schools, as well as interacting and training other stakeholders.
