As a regional financial planning and analysis manager at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC), I bring over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting to one of the largest and advanced healthcare facilities in the UAE. I hold a CPA from Ireland, CA from India, and a master's degree in business finance, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. In my current role, I lead the financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning functions for the region, supporting the senior management team in achieving the vision, mission, and goals of SKMC and aligning them with the national health strategy and the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence initiatives, such as cost reduction, revenue enhancement, quality improvement, and process innovation. Through my work, I aim to contribute to the delivery of world-class healthcare services and the improvement of health outcomes for the UAE population.
