About Jaydeep Naik

I am a dynamic and proactive Mechanical Engineer with in-depth professional experience of more than 12 years, academic knowledge, practical project & industrial exposure, have effective analytical ability augmenting a highly creative and expressive mind. My passion for Mechanical Maintenance inspired me to develop & expand the existing technology and attendees at various maintenance based training and open source events such as Plast India. I also establish & maintain documents for the different standard in the organization which is one of top achievements I am proud of.( ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 ) I have been appreciated and celebrated by top management for remarkable achievements such as reduced the machine breakdown time, reduced the maintenance cost and skill development of the fellow maintenance engineers and technicians. Also awarded for the various safety quiz events and annual engineer debate summit from SKF bearings and Lubrication. Technically expert with experience in a wide range of planned maintenance through the use of historical data and Condition Based Monitoring. Align Maintenance activities with OEM recommendations, reliability data, HSE Guidance and RAGAGEPs. Ensuring a safe working environment, striving for zero recordable injuries in compliance with internal policies and external legislation, through the delivery of key enabling activities (e.g. Near Misses, Safety Observations, timely completion of actions). Proactive, creative thinker producing new ideas & using innovation to redefine and meet the time & budgetary constraints.
