About Jayden Gonzalez

I am a FAU Finance major graduating in May 2025 who has experience in customer and food service, seeking a position in investment management. Specifically, I would like to do financial advisory or stock analysis and investments. My goal is to leverage my current experience to help my future employer assist customers with strategic investment and financial management. You will find in the details that follow that my experience and skills would be an asset to any organization. Though I do not have any direct finance experience, my positions in food service have taught me customer service and satisfaction skills that are applicable in any field. My experience in food service includes California Pizza Kitchen. At California Pizza Kitchen, I worked as a busser and food runner, frequently interacting with and assisting customers. One of my notable contributions to the restaurant included a 10% decrease in wait times for patrons thanks to a redesigned method of table sanitation and increased communication between front of house staff. This kind of system analysis and improvement is my specialty. I am also proficient in many of the field standard computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other programs like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrate. I am eager to apply my current skills in a new work environment, and assist in capturing, advising, and retaining customers in the financial management field.
