About Jaydn Rigley

I’m Jaydn, a relationship-driven National Account Manager with a passion for helping financial services firms grow and thrive. I work closely with ARs and DAs across the North, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, guiding them through onboarding, transition, and long-term growth. All the while keeping things human and as always, extremely honest (it's my superpower!) I’m not just here to tick boxes or sell a solution. I’m genuinely invested in the people I work with. I bring energy, curiosity, and a transparent, down-to-earth style that builds trust from day one. Whether it’s walking someone through their first steps joining a network or helping seasoned advisers scale up, I make it a priority to understand each firm’s unique journey and goals. Beyond my core role, I have a real love for all things F1 (yes, I’ll talk your ear off about it), personal development books, and the gym. At The Right Mortgage, I’ve found a team-first, independence-driven environment that reflects my own values: real support, real people, and the freedom to make decisions that put you first.
