I’m a Relationship Manager/Project Coordinator with over 25yrs experience. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. I have a solid track record of identifying and implementing initiatives that support improvements in customer service and extensive experience in solving complex customer escalations and complaints. In my previous role as Relationship Manager for NBNCo I managed a pipeline of 400+ developments across Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects in the New Developments team. I saw each project from application through to construction and delivery of NBN infrastructure, working with both; internal and external stakeholders to deliver each project on time. I have managed both; small and large teams using my experience and expertise to develop the teams’ culture, customer focus and awareness to deliver the highest level of customer experience. I’m a highly motivated and organized person and I thrive in a fast-paced environment. I will always go above and beyond to deliver high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. I love to be creative, to be challenged and to continue to learn new skills.
