About Jayeeta Dutta

I am a goal-oriented, strategic and motivated human resource professional, passionate about using my expertise to develop solutions which are people-centric and data-informed, in order to create inclusive and extraordinary workplaces. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, I always want to be challenged - to learn and to grow and contribute towards my goal of being a lifelong learner. Over the course of my career, my colleagues have described me as inquisitive by nature, resourceful problem solver, authentic, driven by impact and the "Why", have the courage to do what is right rather than what is easy, never afraid to ask for feedback and strive for continuous improvement. In my current role, leading the employee survey program for Vista/Cimpress I get to play with survey data across entire employee lifecycle and enhance my understanding of the impact of employee engagement, DEI and Wellbeing on employee experience and business outcomes. I am always interested to do exploratory research such as finding out connection between perception/sentiment data and behavior data, cross-survey analysis etc. My goal is to help managers, leaders and HR stakeholders uncover insights from survey feedback and find meaningful patterns and trends to unlock business value and make better people decision. I am always hungry to learn (off late have been doing it through articles, webinars, podcasts and by following people analytics, DEI, talent management practitioners on LinkedIn) about people and organizations. I get excited to share my learning and discoveries with others and think of ideas to apply my learnings in my work. I take pride in being an active member of Vista/Cimpress "Mosaic" ERG and supporting DEI initiatives across the organization.
