I’m Jayesh Baldaniya, a Senior Industrial Automation Engineer with over 9 years of hands-on experience specializing in port crane systems (E-RTG, STS, RMG), PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols. I’ve built my career on diagnosing root problems, implementing sustainable solutions, and driving high-performance, fail-safe operations in the maritime logistics sector. I currently lead engineering and services at Adani Hazira Port, where I manage the maintenance and optimization of crane automation systems. From revamping RCMS SCADA for live SPS monitoring to reducing equipment downtime through predictive strategies, I thrive on improving system reliability and safety. I’ve also had the honor of receiving the Adani Gaurav "Employee of the Year" award in 2025 and "Safety Employee of the Year" in 2023, a testament to my commitment to excellence. My technical toolkit includes Siemens S7, WinCC, SIMATIC Manager, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, and more. I bring both the depth of technical know-how and a proactive leadership style—guiding teams, training technicians, and collaborating across departments to solve complex problems. I’m also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, ensuring that every process I touch is data-driven and optimized.
