A professional with nearly 25 years of rich national and international experience in executing Plant Maintenance, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Projects, troubleshooting, rectification and diagnosis, excellence in Project Management, Component level repair of industrial electronics. Developed Electronic Laboratory/workshop for in-house repair of any electronic card or instrument. Hands on knowledge of repair of industrial electronic instruments, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drive), servo drive, different makes PLC’s, I/O cards, power supply units, HMIs, temperature controllers, and Microprocessor control cards Installed and commissioned of 300 TPD Refinery, High pressure boilers, 16 TPH wood fire boiler, Soap Plant, Vacuum systems, various packaging machines, ZLD Plant with SCADA automation etc… Revived old Injection moulding machines by installation new electronics and hydraulic systems Successfully designed, planned, installed and commissioned fully automatic batch weighing systems (4 Nos.) for soap manufacturing to get consistent TFM and to reduce cost of production Modified AB PLC based assembly machines to achieve fully automatic operation to meet ISO standards Designed LV switchboards as per plant/machinery requirement, cable sizing, cable tray and cable routing, with consideration of all safety measures for all electrical installations as per ISO standards Led project progress review entailing cost control reports, project execution plans, progress reports (MIS), material / equipment / manpower utilisation plans Proficient at leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in challenging environments; experienced in managing quality & inspection activities with third party agencies and clients Experienced in implementing new operational strategies for improving efficiency, reducing cost & establishing best practices; understanding of the industry, technology trends and instituted quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall cost Meeting the business unit’s objectives and goals, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the plants and implementing the operational SOPs for safe and efficient operation of the plants.
