As an experienced IT System Engineer, I bring strong skills in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Active Directory, SQL Server Management, SMB & Cloud Storage Management, Office 365, Google Workspace (Suite), and Linux/Ubuntu OS. Throughout my career, I have actively participated in audits like ISO-27001 and have designed and implemented data storage solutions for companies. In addition to my technical skills, I have a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and administration. I have also demonstrated an ability to work with multiple teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical internal customers. Currently, I am working on a project to install and develop user profiles for Neco Deserttech Pvt. Ltd, where I am responsible for procuring hardware and network projects to develop a secure and confidential network, configuring domain services, and planning for hardware and software for end-users. Additionally, I have experience in managing Active Directory, Group Policies, Cloud Storage, Gmail & Mailing Services, and documentation parts. Prior to my current role, I served as a Desktop Support & Network Engineer at ISB & M and an Assistant System Engineer at Supreme Stretch Ltd. In these positions, I troubleshoot connectivity issues, maintained security access and control, and upgraded IT hardware products to save costs.
